Rock and Metal Women's Clothing and Accessories
I have chosen to rely on third party companies to manufacture certain products when I do not have the skills or machinery for manufacturing.
I also chose them because I wanted to produce to order, to avoid waste, and to avoid unnecessary and poorly managed stocks.
In the interest of total transparency, and because we have the right to know where the products we buy come from, here is a short explanatory list:
- The Poulettes Sisters pins are made in Spain.
- The embroidered patches are made by a Franco-Swiss company.
- The mugs and water bottles are made by a French company.
- The t-shirts, tank tops, sweatshirts and tote bags are printed in Touraine at my home in my workshop, in France.
- Teddy bears, berets, hats, zipped pouches: they are customized in my workshop, in France.
- The stationery is made in Germany.
- Skirts are made to order in Eastern Europe.
- The sneakers and printed bags (shoulder strap and backpack) are made in China to order to avoid waste. I have not yet found a place to have this type of piece made in France or Europe, I hope to find new manufacturers closer.
I am constantly looking to bring manufacturing sites closer together and find reliable partners. As a very young company, I rely on companies that have know-how. My dream is to end up manufacturing everything in Europe, I am sure that will come.
A pre-order is the reservation of a product that will be available after its manufacture.
This allows us to produce only what is necessary, without surplus or waste.
This reservation commits you, since you pay for your product before manufacturing.
What happens once I pre-order a product?
The order goes into production when the pre-order period has passed, then it goes into production and you will receive your order within the announced time frame.
Returns are accepted within 14 days, under certain conditions:
If the product has not been worn outside of a simple test, it is not stained or damaged.
Its size is not suitable, we can agree on an exchange, you just need to contact me via the contact form / after-sales service / return system on your customer account? POULETTES SISTERS takes care of the return in France only and sends you a prepaid Mondial Relay return voucher, you will then just need to drop off your return package at the Mondial Relay point closest to you.
For customers outside France, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
In the case of an exchange , upon receipt of the returned package, and provided that the product meets the return conditions named above, the new package will then be sent to you, again via Mondial Relay to limit the cost burden for my small business.
Depending on the content of your order, the delivery time may vary:
- All products in stock (pins, patches, earrings, headbands, etc.) are shipped within 2-3 working days, excluding weekends.
- T-shirts, teddys, sweatshirts, tank tops and tote bags are shipped within 7 days on average, the time to print them in my workshop, the delay can be extended if I am traveling to a festival, it is always announced on social networks when there is a delivery break of a few days.
- skirts and sneakers are also made to order and come from further away, Eastern Europe and China, so a longer shipping time. Allow an average of 15-20 working days.

On the other hand, if you are in a hurry to the point that it can't wait 2 to 4 days, you still have gift cards to offer! And if it's for the same day, write me a Private Message on Instagram or Facebook especially if it's a weekend so I can be able to send you the card in time!
Some of the products are shipped from Poulettes Sisters (37 in France) by post, Mondial Relay, Colissimo or Chronopost according to your request.
Once your package is ready to go, the average time is:
Chronopost: 24h to 48h 🚚
La Poste, Colissimo : 48 to 72 hours 🚚
Post, tracked letter: 48 hours to several days sometimes. 🚚
Mondial Relay: from 48 hours to + 4 days depending on the weekdays and the different sorting centers 🚚
Please note that delivery times are longer at Christmas.
As you may have read in the descriptions, some products are made to order:
- For a shipment of less than 100g fitting in an envelope, the packages are sent with a postage stamp with tracking number.
- T-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags and tank tops and all products printed in our workshop within 3 to 4 days.
- Skirts and dresses: from Eastern Europe are shipped by LATVIA EXPRESS, These products are made to order within 4 to 6 days (excluding weekends), then shipped within 10 to 15 days on average.
- Backpacks and weekend bags: from China via a Chinese carrier, then colissimo from France. These products are manufactured to order within 7 to 10 days then shipped within 10 to 15 days on average, excluding weekends.

Depending on the content of your order, the time may vary:

- backpacks and weekend bags are made to order and come from China. Allow an average of 15-20 working days, they are shipped directly from the manufacturer and therefore arrive in a separate package from any remaining items in your order.
