Because I am a woman, because we are all concerned. Poulettes Sisters is committed for another year to the association Les Soeurs d'encre Rose Tattoo
🤘 Pink October project in collaboration with photographer FICTA EFFECT 🔥
Pink October, what is it?
Every year in October, a massive communication campaign is being organized to bring as many women as possible to get involved screen for breast cancer. Indeed, you certainly know, it is the most common cancer in France, and is the leading cause of cancer death in women. It is therefore important to talk about it and get informed.
Because in 90% of cases, the onset of cancer or suspicious cells taken very early lead to complete remission. So screening can save chicks... in short, your life, mine, that of your friend, your mother... in short, spread the message!
As a quick reminder, in 2021, only half (50.6%) of the women concerned participated in organized breast cancer screening. However, 1 in 8 women are at risk of being affected.

The Ink Sisters Association
The association "Soeurs d'encre" is a collective of tattoo artists referenced as supportive oncological care by AFSOS, committed and trained in partnership with the medical community. It is because she was working on a personal artistic project on female tattoos that Nathalie Kaïd , photographer and visual artist, was interested in restorative tattoos. This meeting with women who had suffered from breast cancer led her to create the event Rose Tattoo as part of Pink October and the association Soeurs d'Encre. Since 2016, Sœurs d'Encre by Rose Tattoo has started in Bordeaux with the Maison rose de Bordeaux, and the Rose Tattoo week is expanding to several cities thanks to new partners.

Third year of collaboration!
Like many of you I imagine, I am surrounded by a few friends affected by this cancer. I discovered this approach reconstructive tattoo during a flash that I was getting tattooed in a Parisian salon by @ginger_teattoo in 2019. She told me about her projects and I was touched to the heart by the approach, first as a woman, then as a tattoo fan.
The photographer FITCTA EFFECT
Ficta Effect Photographer — The meeting with Filipe, Ficta Effect took place 2 years ago at an exhibition in Tours, and I was blown away by his work. These subjects, mostly women, whose expressions he manages to sublimate, struck me right in the retina.
The Pink October project
On this occasion, we have selected together 3 shots who for me bring out the sleeping Warrior in each of us, portrait of strong women which illustrates my slogan "Poulettes Rage Against" . We offer you these superb inspiring photos in the form of an A3 poster . For each photo sold, all profits will be donated to the association Les Sœurs d'encre , available for pre-order, with delivery in early November .
A3 Poster - Rage Against - Kill Traumas Come on, show your boobs! And get tested, don't put it off until tomorrow, which itself risks putting it off forever. Personally, I did my screening last July.
